Hitchhiker’s Guide to playing a pre-made Tiefling Rogue who swore her life to a Drow goddess.

Dungeons and Dragons has many races and classes, but it can be impossible to choose, or get a coherent guide that doesn’t mean you have to spend an hour reading up on absolutely EVERYTHING. This aims to give you the simplicity I didn’t have: Here’s Hitchhiker’s Guide To laying a character I made myself (that name didn’t work as well as it did in my head)

This article was written in March 2019, on another blog. It has been transferred to this one for fresh content

Name: Karask

Gender: Female

Race: Tiefling

Class: Cleric

Height: 1.6m

Weight: 73kg

Background: Acolyte

History: At a young age, she was shunned by society for her appearance. This drove her into isolation, as she struggled to find her place in this world. Led to the outskirts of civilisation, she was welcomed into a cult to Lolth, the Drow Goddess of Spiders. After spending thirty years worshipping Lolth, she devoted herself to serving Lolth, joining the Others of the Matriarch, a group of mortals pledged to serving Lolth’s interests. They act as an enforcement on the people of the Xolenian region, following Lolth’s exact orders.

Ideals: Dictatorship is the key to success. The only person capable of ruling humanity is Lolth.

Flaws: My loyalty will most likely lead me to my death.

Bonds: I am loyal to Lolth, and the order. Anyone else will drown in a spider’s poison.

This is the basic run down of a Tiefling. I appreciate I haven’t included damage and other stuff like that, but I actually have a life (believe it or not, yes I see you rolling your eyes). Please, leave a comment to prove I’m not just talking to myself.
